We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of order placement. Please note that during exceptionally busy times this may not be possible.

If you’d like a handwritten messaging sending with your order, or written inside a greeting card, we would be more than happy to do this for you. Please write your message in the ‘Order Notes’ section at the checkout. Please note that we are unable to offer gift messaging on art prints.

We offer a range of shipping options via Royal Mail (first class, second class, first class signed for, second class signed for, and special delivery before 1pm (UK only), as well as tracked by courier (mugs only). All available shipping options for your region are presented at checkout, where you will be able to select your preferred method. Please note that certain items are only available for delivery to UK addresses. This includes mugs and art prints.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EU CUSTOMER VAT CHARGES*
The European Union introduced new VAT rules on 1st July, 2021. These new rules require customers purchasing goods from EU countries to pay VAT upon receipt. Charges are based on your country’s VAT rate.

Returns

We accept returns on all unused products purchased via this website. You have 30 days to return your item from the date of purchase.

If you decide that you wish to return an item to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include an order number, if applicable.

If the item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange of goods.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and inspected the product, we will notify you by email. If you are approved for a refund, we will process the refund and issue a credit to you via your original payment method. This typically take around 5 working days.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for both custom and/or sale items.
